
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Nutella
3/4 cup chocolate chips
1 cup pretzels, crushed
1 tsp flaked sea salt
Procedure
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and set aside.
- In a stand mixer with paddle attachment beat the butter and sugars together until pale and fluffy then mix in the eggs and vanilla.
- Add the dry mix until just combined then mix in the oats.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, Nutella, and crushed pretzels.
- Roll dough into 1.5″ sized balls, flatten slightly and sprinkle with flaked salt.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
