
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
3 tbsp water
Procedure
- Soak the cashews in water overnight.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Place the cashews in a blender with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and water. Puree for about 3-5 minutes until smooth.
- Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
