Cashew “Cream Cheese”

Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

pinch of pepper

3 tbsp water

Procedure

  1. Soak the cashews in water overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. Place the cashews in a blender with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and water. Puree for about 3-5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
